Both Everett & Harvey are multiple generations family names from both Lauren and Paul’s families. It is a not so subtle reminder why we do what we do. Lauren Rothlisberger - Managing Partner
Driven by a desire to produce income that will stand as the foundation of their transition out of military life (when that time comes), Lauren turned to commercial real estate. Trained in the trenches of “military-wife-life” and mom of four, Lauren is uniquely positioned for real estate. Real estate investing requires being “impatiently-patient.” You must allow for time to compound on efforts while always looking for a way to actively add value. Lauren has an SMB tech background combined with years owning and operating a small portfolio of single family homes. Transitioning into commercial real estate allows her to take advantage of her background in both RE and SMB technology to run efficient, cash-producing properties.
Paul Rothlisberger - Advisor
Paul is active duty Army LTC and currently serving as Battalion Commander in the 82nd Airborne. Prior to this, Paul served in several capacities in JSOC current operations including Chief of Operations. Although Paul is not active in the day to day business, his years of experience in leadership and operations in both the regular Army and Joint Special Operations is invaluable. He is able to bring his years of experience to help advise on the operations side of the business.
Cathy Fiel - Customer Service
Cathy is the customer service representative of Serious Storage. She manages the move-ins and move-outs of our customers, monthly billing, and handles the day to day coordination of repairs and maintenance.
